Candy apples/pretzel rod storage? - gourmet chocolate pretzels
I plan to make homemade gourmet sweets / apples, chocolate, caramel and pretzels for my wedding favors for Halloween. How do I use the refrigerated or frozen. Will be submerged if thawed and frozen pretzels?

I mean normally 2-3 days before ... My favorite Christmas time for my family ... I do not freeze because it does not lose flavor and freshness.
