Well, size 7 is a small, but again depends on your age. If you are still growing, I would say no, but if not, then yes, it is a small size. I wear a size 7 and I never have a man for smaller fingers than me, but it is there with a couple of little finger. I think it should not be too difficult, it is not as easy as a size 10 ring, ring size is common to man. Just keep looking around.
